Copyright & content use.
Atlas Core is a lot of work by a lot of people. Here's what you can do with it, what belongs to you, and what we'd rather you asked us about first.
1. What we own
The Atlas Core software, the atlascore.cloud website, the Atlas Core brand assets (logos, icons, photography, typography system), the copy you read on this site, the design system and the documentation - all of it is © Atlas Core Cloud Ltd, 2026, unless another licence is stated in the relevant file.
This includes the source code behind the platform, which is closed-source and proprietary except where individual repositories are published under a named open-source licence.
2. What is yours
Everything you put into the Atlas Core platform stays yours: inventory, customers, orders, invoices, documents, images. We do not claim any rights over your data. See the Privacy notice and Terms of service for how we handle and return it.
Output generated by Atlas Intelligence on your behalf - forecasts, replenishment suggestions, imagery classifications - is also yours, subject to the terms in your order form.
3. Fair use of our marketing content
You may:
- Quote short passages of our website in journalism, reviews and academic work, with attribution
- Reproduce the Atlas Core wordmark at small sizes in articles, interviews and talks about Atlas Core
- Share screenshots of our public marketing pages on social networks
You may not, without written permission:
- Modify, recolour or animate the Atlas Core logo
- Reproduce the full design system (typography + colour tokens together) in a way that suggests affiliation
- Use any Atlas Core brand element in a product, service or publication that competes with Atlas Core
4. Press, partners and case studies
If you are press, an Atlas Core partner, or a customer writing a case study about us, we'd like to help. Email [email protected] with your outlet, your deadline and what you need - logos, product screenshots, a quote, or a conversation with someone who builds the thing.
We'll usually come back within one working day.
5. Notice & takedown
If something on the Atlas Core platform, website or in a customer's Atlas Core workspace infringes your copyright, email [email protected]. Include:
- A description of the work you claim is infringed
- Where to find the allegedly infringing content (URL or workspace reference)
- Your contact details and a declaration that you are the rights holder or act on their behalf
We respond within 5 working days. We remove clearly infringing content promptly. For disputed content, we notify both sides and mediate where we can.
6. Open-source components
Atlas Core is built on a foundation of open-source software: Laravel, Livewire, Tailwind CSS, CommonMark, PostgreSQL, Ubuntu, and many more. We are grateful for that work, and we report bugs and send patches upstream where we can.
We publish none of our own code under an open-source licence today. If that changes, this section will name the repositories and the licence each one carries.
7. Contact
Anything else about how the Atlas Core name, content or code can be used: [email protected].
