Atlas Core holds delivery phases against the project with the site's own access notes, contact and window - so the driver and the crew are working from the same instruction.
When phase two slips by three weeks, the stock reservation moves with it rather than turning into a yard full of plants nobody can plant.

What you planted, on record.
Substitutions happen. The specified cultivar is unavailable, the nearest equivalent is offered, and somebody has to approve it - usually by email, usually forgotten by handover.
Atlas Core records the substitution against the schedule line with who approved it and when, so the as-planted record is the one the client signs off.
Plant passports and origin records travel with the delivery, which is what a public-sector or framework handover asks for.

What happens when a phase moves?
Reservations and deliveries are held against the project phase, so moving the phase moves them together instead of leaving stock committed to a date that no longer exists.
How are substitutions handled?
A substitution is recorded against the original schedule line with the approver and the date, so the as-planted record is complete at handover.
Do I need plant passports as a contractor?
The passport is issued by the supplying nursery, but it travels with the delivery and stays attached to the project record - which is what a framework or public-sector handover asks you to produce.
