Nursery management software for growers.

Production nurseries run on batches - seed lots, cutting rounds, graft windows - and on institutional knowledge that walks out the door with every retirement. Atlas Core keeps both.

Every batch has a lineage.

Every batch has a lineage.

propagation & production

From seed lot or mother plant through propagation, potting, grading and dispatch - Atlas Core tracks the batch as a living object, with every treatment and every move logged against it.

When the inspector asks, or you ask yourself six months later: the answer is one record, not six systems.

frequently asked

The production nursery, in practice.

What is nursery management software for a production grower?

It is the system that follows the goods while they are still alive: propagation batches, mother stock, potting on, grading and losses, with orders, dispatch, plant passports and the ledger over the top. General business software manages a product code that stands still. Nursery software manages a batch that changes pot size, grade and location while it grows.

How do you choose software for a plant nursery?

Bring it your worst case. A potting-on that has to create a new batch without breaking the link to the one it grew from. A plant passport that has to come out of data already entered. A twelve-week ready forecast on a crop that is still growing. If a supplier says yes to all three, ask them to show it live on your data.

Does Atlas Core issue plant passports?

Yes. A/B/C/D fields, EPPO host code, the operator registration number and the protected zone indicator are generated from the batch record and printed on the label, with nothing re-keyed. UK, EU and Swiss zones are covered, and quarantine reporting comes out in the format APHA and its national equivalents ask for.

How does it handle spray records and crop protection?

Every intervention on a batch - what was applied, when, by whom, on which lot - is recorded against the batch itself and stays in its history alongside propagation, potting on and dispatch. Tell us how you keep those records today and we will look at where they fit in the rest of your day.

How does it follow propagation through to the sale?

The batch is the central object: from mother plant or seed lot through propagation, potting on, grading and dispatch. Potting on does not edit the existing stock - it produces a new batch of the new variant, linked to the one it grew from, so the lineage never breaks.

Can I see glasshouse location and available space?

Yes. Batches carry a location, so you know what is occupying which bay and how much space frees up at the next dispatch window - the same grid your buyer plans the next order from.

Does it work if we already have an accounts package?

Yes. Atlas Core covers operations, stock and compliance; your data stays yours and exportable, and the integrations are open. Where we do not have a module yet we say so rather than selling you a workaround.
