Atlas Core generates compliant plant passports for all three regulatory zones: EU (Commission Implementing Regulation 2019/2072), UK post-Brexit format, and the Swiss phytosanitary equivalent. Each is stamped at batch level from first production movement through to final consumer delivery.
Every passport carries the required producer registration, EPPO host code, country of origin and protected zone indicator. QR codes are rendered directly on dispatch labels. Rule changes propagate within days of publication in the Official Journal.

Quarantine monitoring reports are generated to the format required by APHA (UK), NVWA (NL), AGES (AT) and equivalent national organisations. Notification deadlines are tracked automatically so nothing slips through on a busy week.
ipm & field monitoring
The scouting round writes the record.
Integrated pest management is a legal obligation for professional growers under the Sustainable Use Directive, and it is worth exactly as much as the evidence behind it. In Atlas Core the scouting round is a stage in the production cycle, not a notebook in someone's coat: the operator walks the block, records what was found and at what level, reads the traps and photographs the batch. Date, block, operator and the photo land on the batch record itself, from a phone that keeps working where the polytunnel has no signal.
What follows sits on the same record - thresholds crossed, beneficials released, treatments applied with dose and re-entry interval. So the IPM report a retailer's audit or a plant health inspector asks for is assembled from what the crop actually did, and it stands against the same batch the plant passport is stamped from.
cmr & ecmr documentation
Signed before the truck leaves.
Every outbound consignment can generate a CMR waybill or an eCMR document (compliant with the e-CMR Protocol to the Geneva Convention) directly from the dispatch record - carrier details, consignee, goods description, special instructions and the plant passport reference all pre-filled.
eCMR documents are signed digitally and stored against the shipment. Your logistics partners receive their copy automatically; your audit trail is complete before the truck leaves the yard.
