For plant retail shops.

Forty square metres, six hundred lines and a customer who wants to know whether it will survive a north-facing bathroom. The till has to answer that.

Your best staff member, on the screen.

the answer at the till

Your best staff member, on the screen.

Plant retail is advice retail. The sale is made by whoever can say what light it wants, how often to water it and whether it is safe around a cat.

Cassa carries botanical name, common name, pot size, light and water needs and toxicity on the same screen that takes the payment - so a Saturday assistant answers like the owner would.

Stock control that fits a shop.

six hundred lines, forty square metres

Stock control that fits a shop.

A plant shop is not a small garden centre. Depth is one or two of each, breadth is enormous, and the same species in three pot sizes is three different sales.

Atlas Core holds variant by pot size, form and finish, and counts them separately - so "we have Monstera" stops being the answer to "do we have the big one?".

Reordering works off what actually sold, by variant, by week, which is the difference between a shop that looks full and a shop that looks the same every month.

What arrived, not what was ordered.

buying in

What arrived, not what was ordered.

Deliveries come short, substituted or damaged. If goods-in is a signature on a docket, the discrepancy is discovered three weeks later at stocktake.

Tally receives against the purchase order at the door: count, photograph, flag. The credit conversation happens with evidence, on the day.

Cost lands on the line that arrived, so the margin you see on the shelf edge is the margin you actually paid for.

what atlas core gives you

What a plant shop needs.

Plant knowledge at the counter

Light, water, toxicity and botanical detail on the sale screen - no tab-switching and no gap when the owner is out.

Variants counted properly

Pot size, form and finish tracked as separate stock, so breadth without depth still gives you an accurate shelf.

Goods-in with evidence

Receive against the order at the door with counts and photographs, so short and damaged deliveries get credited.

common questions

Plant shop retail, answered.

Is this too big a system for one shop?

The Retail shop edition carries the till, stock, buying and marketing and nothing else. You are not paying for production or export modules you would never open.

Can the till show care information?

Yes. Light, water, toxicity, pot size and botanical name appear on the same screen that rings the sale, so staff answer the question without leaving the transaction.

How are the same species in different pot sizes handled?

As variants of one plant, counted and priced separately. Stock, sales history and reordering all work at variant level.

Can I sell online from the same stock later?

Yes - that is the Omnichannel edition, which adds web selling and courier dispatch on top of the same catalogue and stock. Nothing has to be rebuilt to get there.
