Take the order with you.
Open the order in Core, choose "handover", point the camera at the QR. What appears is that one order and nothing else: the lines, the customer, the running total.
The link is signed and single-use, tied to the Core session that issued it. Close the order, the session ends. Any device with a camera and a modern browser will do.

Add lines where the stock is.
Scan an item barcode and the line is added with the live stock count straight from Core. Scan a bin or zone QR and you can pull anything at that location into the order without typing a code.
Pricing applies automatically as you go - the customer's pricelist, volume discounts, and contracted rates resolve in real time on every line. The total your customer sees on the screen is the same total Core books when you tap "send".

Anywhere a desk meets the warehouse.
The same one-scan pattern works wherever a desk-bound process needs to walk into the building:
- Stocktakes. Hand a count sheet to a phone, scan the location, count what's there, submit. Numbers land in Core as you go.
- Picking sheets. Open a pick on a phone where Pico or Traseo aren't deployed. Scan, mark, done.
- Goods-in inspection. The receiving sheet opens on a phone at the loading bay - scan the delivery, accept the lines, flag the rejects.

No install
Any device with a camera and a modern browser. No app store, no MDM, no IT involvement. The device the agent already carries is the device.
No login
The QR carries a signed, single-use, scoped session. Open the order, work the order, done. No password typed, no MFA prompt, no account to provision.
Camera scanner
EAN, Code 128, GS1 DataMatrix, plant passport QR, internal bin QR - all read directly through the camera. Sub-second reads even in low light.
Live stock
Every line you add shows the current Core stock for that item, at that location. No background sync, no stale numbers.
Live pricing
Customer pricelist, volume discounts, and contracted rates apply as each line is added. The customer sees the same total Core records.
Real-time, both ways
Edits propagate within sub-second. The rep on the desk sees the field agent's lines as they land - and the field agent sees a desk edit just as fast.
