industries · young plant nurseries

For young plant nurseries.

You sell six months before your customer does. Their crop plan and their passport both inherit the batch you cut this week.

Every cutting knows its mother.

mother stock

Every cutting knows its mother.

A young plant nursery's whole product is lineage. Atlas Core records the mother plant, the generation, the cut date and the operator - and carries all four onto the plug and the invoice.

When a customer asks which block their liners came from, or an inspector asks where a variety entered the holding, the answer is a lookup rather than an afternoon in the office.

Royalty-bearing varieties come with the breeder and licence attached, so the propagation report you owe at the end of the season is the ledger you were keeping anyway.

Gaps in the tray are data.

strike rates and shrink

Gaps in the tray are data.

Rooting percentage is your margin. Atlas Core counts what went in, what struck and what was graded out, per variety and per week - so a bad stick shows up as a number in March rather than a shortfall in June.

Batches split. A tray graded into firsts and seconds becomes two saleable lines that both still point back to one cutting date.

Over seasons the pattern accumulates: this variety, this house, this week of the year. Next year's stick programme is planned from it.

Sell the crop that is coming.

availability your buyers trust

Sell the crop that is coming.

Finishing nurseries buy forward. Atlas Core holds availability against ready dates, not just against stock on the bench, so a buyer ordering in November sees the week their liners will actually ship.

Aviso puts that same forward availability in front of your trade customers, priced to their agreement, without an email chain.

Plant passports are issued from the batch when the order is picked.

what atlas core gives you

Built for the first six months.

Batch lineage from the cut

Mother plant, generation, cut date and operator held on the batch and inherited by every split, grade and sale that follows.

Strike rates you can act on

Sticks in, rooted, graded out - per variety and per week, so propagation performance is measured rather than remembered.

Passports and licences built in

EU plant passports and breeder royalty records generated from the same batch record.

common questions

Young plant production, answered.

Can one propagation batch become several saleable lines?

Yes. A batch splits into firsts, seconds and rejects, or into different pot sizes, and each resulting line keeps the original cut date, mother plant and lineage. Nothing has to be re-keyed as a new product.

Does it track mother stock separately from saleable stock?

Mother plants are held as their own stock with their own generation count, so you can see how many cuttings a block has produced and when it is due to be replaced.

How are breeder royalties handled?

Varieties carry their breeder and licence terms, and propagation quantities accumulate against them. The end-of-season royalty return is a report over data you were already recording.

Can finishing nurseries order forward against unfinished crops?

Availability is held against ready dates, so a buyer sees the week a batch will ship. Aviso exposes the same forward availability to trade customers at their own prices.
