horticulture software

Nursery management software that speaks plants.

Batches, liners, pot sizes and grades - not "SKUs" bent to fit a nursery. Atlas Core runs the whole operation on one live record, from the propagation bench to the customer's door.

living stock

Stock that's counted the way it grows.

Nursery stock control that follows a batch through potting on, grading and losses - so what the picking sheet promises is what is actually standing in the bed. One stock pool feeding till, trade order and webshop.

garden centre software

Botanical name to till, in one scan.

EPOS for garden centres that carries the real product data - species, cultivar, pot size, origin, plant passport - from goods-in to the receipt. The Saturday queue moves and the stock file stays honest.

uk & eu plant passports

The plant passport prints itself.

A/B/C/D fields, phytosanitary codes and CMR declarations issue straight from the batch record, never re-keyed. When the inspector calls, the traceability is one record - not an afternoon of cross-checking trolleys.

Cloud software, always updated

Cloud software, always updated

Atlas Core was built for the cloud from the start, so there are no servers to run and nothing to install.

Everything runs online, wherever you are. Updates go out overnight and cost nothing, so you are always on the current version.

No upgrade weekend, no downtime.

The plant passport loads before the pallet.

compliance

The plant passport loads before the pallet.

UK and EU plant passports, phytosanitary codes and CMR declarations are issued straight from the batch record - not re-keyed from a spreadsheet in the office.

Your buyer scans, your driver leaves, your ledger balances. The audit trail is already written, the moment the load is booked.

One stock pool, every channel.

one source of truth

One stock pool, every channel.

A sale at the till, a trade order and an online order all draw from the same live stock - no reconciling three systems at the end of the day.

Sell the last tray once, not twice. When stock moves anywhere - a counter sale, a pallet out the door, a webshop order - every channel sees it instantly, so you never promise plants you have already sold.

Real humans behind it.

real support

Real humans behind it.

Real people on real working days - onboarding, training, and help when the season gets loud. Not a ticket queue into the void.

We learn how your nursery runs, so when you call you reach someone who already knows your beds, your buyers and your busiest weeks. Setup, migration and training come with the plan, not as a line on a later invoice.

frequently asked

Nursery software, in practice.

What is nursery management software?

For a plant nursery - not a childcare setting - it is the system that holds together the parts of the business that usually live in separate files: plant and variety records, production batches and stock, orders, buying, dispatch paperwork, plant passports and the ledger. What separates it from general business software is the thing at the centre. Not a fixed product code, but a living batch that changes pot size, grade and location while it grows.

How do you choose the right software for a plant nursery?

Three concrete tests. Can it pot a batch on without breaking the link to the batch it came from? Does the plant passport come out of data you have already entered, or get re-keyed? Do the till, the trade order and the webshop read one stock pool, or do you reconcile three at the end of the day? A supplier who answers yes to all three can show you, live, on your own data.

Does Atlas Core issue UK plant passports?

Yes. UK, EU and Swiss zones, with A/B/C/D fields, EPPO host codes, the operator registration and the batch traceability code generated from the batch record and printed on the label - never re-keyed. Quarantine reporting is produced in the format APHA and the equivalent national authorities ask for. See compliance.

Does it handle invoicing and VAT?

Yes. Purchase ledger, sales invoicing, VAT and per-batch costings are generated from the operations themselves rather than re-entered - a counter sale, a trade order and an online order are three channels of one ledger.

Do we need a server on site?

No. Atlas Core was built for the browser from the first line of code: it opens on any device, updates go out overnight, and there is no upgrade weekend. In the greenhouse and on the van the field apps work offline and sync when the signal returns.

Does it suit a garden centre or an online plant shop as well?

Yes. One platform covers the production nursery, wholesale, the garden centre and online retail - the modules and apps change, the data underneath does not. The trade pages set out which modules each one actually uses.

What does it cost, and can we see a demo?

Editions are sold per seat, and setup, migration and training come with the plan rather than as a later invoice. The honest way to put a number on it is to walk your own season together: book a demo and we will go through it with your data on the screen.
